Norman G. Jensen, Inc. is pleased to offer our customers "NGJ eManifest Express - ACE". This module is part of the NGJ Express suite of applications and gives users the ability to submit all required eManifest information via a secure Internet connection to U.S. Customs and Border Protection..

  • Integrates seamlessly with U.S. Customs ACE Release 4 Truck Manifest System.
  • Adds carrier information required for U.S. Customs, including crew members, tractor and trailer data.
  • Lets you send trip information to U.S. Customs as necessary.
  • Allows carriers to access exporter invoices to change from Line Release to PAPS, change anticipated arrival date & time, port of entry, etc.
  • Automatically prints PAPS labels when required on manifests.
  • Enables carriers to easily cancel a manifest, modify the shipment, and resend the data to U.S. Customs.
  • Easily create your documents for U.S. Customs purposes.
  • Electronically send data for processing of with U.S. Customs.
  • Notifies you when U.S. Customs has certified a shipment and it has been cleared to cross the border.
  • Restore shipments previously completed, so you only make changes and then complete.

  • Secure Connection

    NGJ Manifest Express users log in over a secure connection to the NGJ Express Start Center web page.

  • Access to All Data

    From the Start Center, you have access to your manifest data, including exporters, consignees, buyers, crew member and tractor/trailer information. Your information is stored on our secure server for easy reuse.

  • Drop-Down Menus

    With easy access to all your information, forms can be completed using convenient drop-down selection menus.

  • Preparation Options

    • Shipper prepares the invoice using NGJ Proforma Express and indicates "Carrier to Complete Manifest". Using NGJ Manifest Express, carrier reviews and selects invoices, completes the manifest information, assigns completed manifests to trips, and prints documents.
    • Carrier creates manifest and prints documents using NGJ Manifest Express.
    • With prior approval from the carrier, the shipper submits carrier information via EDI.

  • Validation and Transmittal

    Once Electronic Manifest information is submitted, data is validated and transmitted to U.S. Customs. Information can also be tied to the exporter's invoice, to ensure that the truck is prereleased prior to arrival at the border.
